The share price of Gail (India) Ltd touched 0.64% in an early trade today and is being traded at Rs. 424 in an intraday basis. The share price touched fresh 52-week high at Rs 426.45 on Monday, after winning orders from Kerala.
The company has obtained contracts for pipeline laying works valued Rs 200 crore. The company will work on Kochi-Mangaluru pipeline in Kerala for another 131 km section from Areecode to Kurumathoor.
The end to end construction in works of the Kochi- Kuttanad-Mangaluru pipeline in the 91 km Kochi-Kuttanad section as well as in the 105 km Perole -Mangaluru section is already in full swing.
Gail India Ltd has been able to make significant progress in acquisition of right of user aided by the sustained support of all of shareholder. The company is targeting to finish the entire Kochi–Kuttanad–Manaluru pipeline by December 2018.
