Sensex high 400 points, Bank nifty gain 602.70 pts, Axis bank, ICICI bank up, Infosys, TCS down today

rbiOn Thursday, The Equity market is jumped 2 per cent higher in morning session, the trade is positive on both Dalal street and Mint street as several announced by new RBI governor MR. Raghuram Rajan pushed equity market higher, Sensex high above 400 points.

10:33 Am The Sensex is now 387.03 points or 2.08% gain at 18954.58, early market touching higher levels 19117.52 and touching low levels of 18857.60.

The Nifty is now 133.60 points or 2.45% up at 5581.70, it was touch high levels 5625.75 and touch a low levels 5553.75.

The Bank nifty is now 602.70 points or 6.81% up at 9448.45, it was touch a high levels 9673.80 and touch a low levels of 9253.45.

BSE Sensex gained today 7 per cent after Mr Rajan decided to modernise and liberalise the India banking system with several measures.

Among Indusindbk, Axis bank, Kotak bank, ICICI bank, HDFC bank, DLF, HDFC, BPCL were top gainers today.

Infosys, TCS, Gail, HCL Tech, Ranbaxy, NMDC, Tata steel, M&M, Jindal Steel, Carin were losers today.
