Nifty ended above 6,000, Tomorrow stock market trading call on Monday 15 July

The Nifty on Friday reclaimed the 6,000 level for the first time since June 3, 2013 and the Sensex rallied over 300 points closing at 1-1/2 month high on the back of sharp spike in index heavyweight Infosys.

The 30 share Sensex index up 282.41 points or 1.44% at 19958.47, it was touched high levels 19991.94 and low levels touched 19785.59.

The 50 share index up 73.90 points or 1.25% at 6009, it was touched high levels 6019 and touched low levels 5951.15.

Infosys reported consolidated net profit of Rs 2,374 crore for the quarter ended June 2013, down 0.8 per cent, against Rs 2,394 crore in the previous quarter. Sales for the quarter were at Rs 11,267 crore, up 7.7 per cent, compared to Rs 10,454 crore. It left its FY14 sales growth guidance in dollar terms unchanged at 6-10 per cent.

Nifty gainers:- Infosys 10.92%, IDFC 3.68%, LT 3.39%, TCS 2.90%, Reliance 2.87%, HCL Tech 2.85%, Tata motors 2.53%, Dr. reddy’s 2.46%, Bharti Airtel 2.22%, Kotak bank 2.04%.

Nifty losers:- JP Associate 3.23%, Maruti 3.22%, ONGC 2.66%, Grasim 1.45%, Ambhuja cements 1.11%, Ranbaxy 1.07%, Asian paints 0.91%.
